Gill has been with TLUL since its inception and prior to that with Bell & Clements from 1st January 2000. Gill has worked in a variety of senior roles within commercial underwriting for over 20 years within both the Composite and Lloyd’s markets.

Angela joined TLUL in 2003, Angela has been involved in Underwriting for over 30 years and has experience in both the composite market and with a Lloyd's Underwriter, all based in the Midlands area. Angela also has experience in risk surveys and audits.

Justin has been with TLUL since its inception in 2002. Justin has over 19 years' experience in the insurance industry. His underwriting experience is across all property & casualty lines of business. Justin is responsible for various managed partner and Sub-cover holder accounts within the TLUL portfolio. His previous underwriting experience has been with Provincial, C.N.A and R.S.A.

Julian has over 32 years' experience in insurance having spent most of his career undertaking various casualty underwriting roles within Eagle Star and Zurich Commercial. Julian joined TLUL in August 2008 following a 2 year spell with Primary General where he performed the role of UK Casualty Manager.

Chris joined TLUL in 2008 as Senior Technical Underwriter Property & Casualty. Previously, Regional Development Manager with Catlin and International Manager and Regional Underwriting Manager with Allianz predominantly in Midlands and South West. Chris has over 38 years' experience in the insurance industry in various Underwriting and Business Development roles.

Steve joined TLUL in 2009 from Royal & Sun Alliance where he held the role of Senior Technical Underwriter specialising in Property, Business Interruption and Terrorism classes of business. Steve has over 25 years experience in commercial underwriting.

Stephen joined TLUL in 2006, prior to which he performed a Technical Underwriter role at Royal & Sun Alliance in Birmingham, where he spent his first 6 years in the Insurance industry. Stephen has 9 years of Underwriting experience in the Insurance industry, during which time he has underwritten most classes of business ranging from commercial motor to commercial combined business for the small to medium class market. Stephen also has experience in developing and managing Delegate authority business and specialist schemes.

Meena joined TLUL in 2006 from Norwich Union where she worked in the Intermediary Business Department. She has over seven years' experience as an underwriter.

Janet joined the TLUL Underwriting team in 2007 from Norwich Union, Manchester where she was a Bonus Account Executive. Janet has 6 years' experience in the Insurance industry during which time she has performed underwriting duties both in branch and on-site in brokers' offices.

Michael joined TLUL in July 2007 as an Underwriter and is responsible for the development and general performance of his allocated Sub-Coverholders. Michael previously worked for Royal & SunAlliance as a Development Underwriter in the Corporate division and before this as a Team Manager at Express Insurance Group, a Birmingham based intermediary. Michael has underwriting experience in Motor Trade, Property and Casualty.

Tom joined TLUL in 2006 and spent time within various departments including Finance and Claims before focusing on the Underwriting aspect of the business. Prior to joining TLUL, Tom studied Management Studies at the University of Leicester and worked in the banking industry for 2 years at HSBC.

Sarah has been with TLUL since its inceptionin October 2002 and, prior to that, with Bell & Clements UK from May 2000. Sarah has 9 years of underwriting experience in Property, Casualty and Personal Lines.

Anne joined Three Lions Underwriting Ltd at the end of 2003. Her previous A&H experience includes underwriting and management roles (in chronological order) for AIG, CIGNA, Director of Accident & Health at GAN Insurance (London), Accident & Health Class Underwriter in Lloyd’s for Equity Insurance & Director of Anthony Kidd Agencies (part of the Equity Insurance Group, formerly Cox Insurance). Anne has over 36 years of experience in the insurance industry - 12 years in the National broking sector specialising in Casualty broking and 24 years specialising in Accident & Health.

Joel joined TLUL in 2003 after graduating from University studying Computer Science and Economics. Joel has over 6 years of experience underwriting in the insurance industry.

Bernhard joined TLUL September 2005, having formerly been with Munich Re since 1969. During this period Bernhard was involved in various functions as Underwriter of property treaties in Middle East, Africa and USA. Since 1987 he was based in Munich Re's London office involved in marketing and liaison between the London market incl. Lloyd's, UK and Eire composite companies and the broker community. In early 2000 Bernhard was instrumental in establishing TLUL and the close relationship between B&C and Munich Re.

Karen joined TLUL in December 2009 coming from Hiscox where she was a Senior Development Underwriter specialising in managing MGA's. Prior to this she had a short stint at the Financial Ombudsman Service when she arrived in the UK. Originally from New Zealand, Karen has over 14 years experience in the insurance industry with most of her experience coming from underwriting liability and personal lines products.

Alan joined TLUL (London office) in April 2009 as Agency Manager and has been with the Munich Re Group for 16 years. Alan was initially Manager of Munich Re's London Audit/Consultancy unit and in 2004 joined Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC as Agency Manager with responsibility for the administration and control of their MGA account.

Andy Hedger is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Deloitte & Touche. He has over twenty years' experience in the Insurance market, most recently including time spent with Amlin and Bell & Clements. Andy has been involved with TLUL since its inception in 2002 and transferred into a full time role in July 2008.

Stephen joined TLUL in March 2003, prior to which he performed an Operational Management Consultant role at Norwich Union in Manchester. Before this he performed various Operational Management roles for Commercial Union and CGU in Bristol, Cardiff and Manchester. Stephen has over 19 years of experience in the Insurance industry, during which time he has at various times been responsible for Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Finance, HR, IT and Audit functions.

Johanna joined TLUL in November 2004, initially as the Compliance Manager, and then becoming the Financial Controller six months later. Prior to joining TLUL, Johanna spent three years at Deloitte & Touche, where she worked in the Audit and Assurance division. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Nick first entered the insurance industry over 20 years ago. During his career with Sun Alliance, Zurich, Groupama and now Three Lions, Nick has dealt with claims from all classes of business from the simplest windscreen claims to complex catastrophic injury.
